Head of HR (Based in Thailand) – #JHedzWorlD

The Head of HR (based in Thailand) will be partnering the Business Lines (BU) Heads to ensure that the HR policies, practices and resources are in alignment with the overall business and corporate objectives. This role will leading a team of HR professionals to implement strategic HR initiatives pertaining to full spectrum of HR.

Responsibilities:

 

• Be responsible for full spectrum of HR within the organization


• In charge of the company’s compensation & benefits issues (salary review, payroll, benchmarking etc).


• Responsible for daily operations and strategic direction of the organization


• Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.


• Budgeting for company-wide HR related cost and constantly monitor the personnel cost productivity.


• Be the point of contact for employee relations issues and resolution including performance management; measures and reporting; team and skill building initiatives; talent management and development;


• Oversee all activities of the HR department, including identifying and implementing process improvements in HR administration


• Ensure departmental policies, procedures, records and reports are compliant to guidelines 


• Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees;


• Works closely and in support of the CEO and other department heads

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline with of no less than 8 years of working experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a senior managerial position


• Experience developing HR platform for mid-sized companies


• Good understanding of government regulations.


• Strong working knowledge of compensation fundamentals.


• Demonstrated employee relations skills, including conflict resolution


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


• Strong working knowledge of employment law issues
